Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop | Country Club Suite

Hello again stamping friends. Welcome to this month's edition of the Stamapin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop. This month we are creating projects with the Country Club Suite or the Mountain Air Bundle or as some have done, combined them both together.

International readers please use the translate feature, found in the side bar, to translate to your language.

The Country Club Suite is perfect for the classy sports person in your life, male or female. Hit a hole in one with this suite, straight from the clubhouse! The Country Club Suite Bundle is by par the best lineup of sophisticated golfing style - complete with argyle. Tee off with the rubber stamps and coordinating dies to cut out all the perfect elements fore your golfing cards. Team up the Country Club Suite with the Mountain Air Bundle to complete the outdoor look.

I went for a layered look to my projects today using the Clubhouse Cling Stamp Set, Gold Clube Dies, Majestic Mountain Dies, Country Club Designer Series Paper and the Country Club Elements while using the Basic Black, Smoky Slate, Garden Green and Whisper White colour combination, which all can be found in the Designer Series Paper.

For my first card I've started with a Whisper White bass and then layered on that some Basic Black cardstock and some of the Country Club Designer Series Paper. I've that I've then splattered the Smoky Slate Stampin' Write Marker for some fun interest. Layered over that is a piece of Whisper White cardstock embossed with the Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder. How good does it look? Loving this embossing folder.

I've then layered over that the die cut tree from the Majestic Mountain Dies, the golf ball from the Gold Club Dies, some of the Country Club Elements, some more of the Country Club DSP and the Happy Birthday from the Clubhouse Cling Stamp Set. Am loving the colour contrast of the natural Country Club Elements against the Basic Black and the Garden Green. Just gorgeous!

My second card uses all the same products in a different layout. Again,  I've started with the Whisper White cardstock base layer. I've then layered Garden Green, Basic Black and then Whisper White again. I repeatedly stamped Happy Birthday across the Whisper White layer using Smoky Slate Classic Ink. To get the variation in colour on the Happy Birthday I restamped the sentiment 2 and 3 times without reinking the stamp. I've then splattered the Smoky Slate Stampin' Write marker over the cardstock layer and then embossed it with the Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder.

I've then layered the scalloped circle and the stitched DSP circle over the embossed Whisper White layer and then finished off the card with the stamped image, the die cuts and the natural wood looking
Country Club Elements.

I do hope that I've given you some inspiration with the Country Club Suite. I know that when you start creating with it you will love it.

  1. Amazing, as always! Love the brightness of the green against the neutral colours. The repeated stamping of the 'Happy Birthday' on the second card works really well.
