ESAD Farewell Annual Catalogue Blog Hop

Hello stamping friends. Welcome to this ESAD Blog Hop to farewell some of our favourite retiring products from the Stampin' Up! 2020 - 2021 Annual Catalogue. Some of our favourite products from this past years annual catalogue are coming to an end so some of the demonstrators in the ESAD facebook group thought it would be a great idea to give these products a final send off.

There are some amazing products that are retiring and this blog hop may give you some more ideas to use these products for much longer in the future. Or this bog hop may finally inspire you to purchase these products before they are gone.

There are so many amazing retiring products to highlight and its hard to choose just one but I thought I would give one of my most favourite stamp sets one last hurrah, Good Morning Magnolia.

I fell in love with this set as soon as I saw it when it was released a few years ago and this will also be one that I will hold onto for a long time to come. I've used this stamp set with Stampin' Blends and watercolouring in the past but today I decided to colour the big Magnolia image with the Stampin' Up! Watercolour Pencils but to use them just like a normal colouring pencil.

I've kept my cards quite simple today as I wanted the magnolia image to be the main focal point. I've also combined on each card some of the other retiring products that have been some of my most favourite - Subtle 3D Embossing Folder, Rococo Rose Scalloped Linen Ribbon and the Braided Linen Trim.

With both of my cards I've layered different pencil colours to get a different look and a bit more depth of colour. Once each stamped panel was coloured I then embossed it with the Subtle 3d Embossing Folder to give it a more textured look.

ESAD 2019 - 2020 Annual Catalogue Sneak Peek Blog Hop | Introducing the 2019 - 2021 In Colors

Hello there stamping friends! I'm super excited to be taking part in a blog hop with my Australian and New Zealand friends from the facebook group, ESAD (Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators). Grab a cuppa or your favourite beverage, put your feet up as there is lots of new Annual Catalogue inspiration to show you today.

Our hop today is showcasing products from the ALL NEW 2019 - 2020 Annual Catalogue, which goes live June 4th!! I can't wait for this catalogue to officially go live to purchase from as there are LOADS of amazing products in this catalogue and I for one can't wait to get my hands on some new products!! It's the Stampin' Up! equivalent of Christmas! So exciting!

Today I'm giving you a two for one. I'm showcasing the new 2019 - 2021 In Colors as well as a new stamp set and die bundle - To a Wild Rose. This stamp set has been inspired by Million Dollar Sales Achiever Mary Ellen Byler.

The cards are all the same and using the same products, just changing up the In Colour for each different card. They are amazing colours in their own right but don't they look fabulous all together too.

Each card I've stamped the flower image on the Crumb Cake cardstock with Crumb Cake ink. Layered on that is an In Color DSP panel die cut from the In Color 6" x 6" DSP stack, a die cut vellum piece, some ribbon and trim and then the To A Wild Rose flower image stamped with versamark and then heat embossed with Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder. The card is then finished off with the 'Hello' sentiment, also from the To A Wild Rose stamp set, the Gold Glimmer die cut leaf and the In Color Faceted Dots.

 Terracotta Tile

 Seaside Spray

 Pretty Peacock

 Purple Posy

Rococo Rose

Which one is your favourite new In Color? I'm loving Pretty Peacock, especially when teamed with anything gold, and then a close equal second is Rococo Rose and Purple Posy.  What do you think your favourite In Color Combination might be? Might have to try using them all on one creation for a gorgeous and pretty look.

If you are after a copy of the new catalouge, please contact me today and I'll get one out to you!

Now on to the fabulous Kelly Kent in Western Australia to be inspired by her 2019 -2020 Annual Catalogue creations.

ESAD Blog Hop | Sale - A - Bration 2019

Hello there stamping friends! Today and my fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators from the Facebook group ESAD (Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators) have a fun and fabulous blog hop for you. We are showing you products from the 2019 Occasions Catalogue and then showing what you can earn for free with the 2019 Sale-a-Bration promotion.

With some of the Sale-A-Bration products sold out, all of the Sale-A-Bration products that are shown in this hop are still available for you to earn (as of 10/03/2019).

I've use the Well Said Bundle from the 2019 Occasions Catalogue and then incorporated with it the beautiful Botanical Butterfly DSP that you can earn for free from Sale-a-bration.

I know the Botanical Butterfly DSP has been out for a few months with its fabulous colours on one side and the gorgeous black and white patterns on the other side. If you've followed my blog for a while now, you'll know that I'm a huge sucker for black and white and this DSP just appeals to me so much.

One of the DSP sheets has lots of images of butterflies and flowers all in black and white so this makes it perfect for colouring with the Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers and fussy cutting. Here I've used the Highland Heather Dark and Light Markers and the Daffodil Delight Dark and Light Markers. There is already a lot and shading and lines in the original black and white image so you just follow those lines already set out for the shading with your coloured markers.

The Well Said Bundle has all words and sentiments in the stamp set but in the coordinating Well Written Framelits not only are there words but there is also some fun images like some leaves, flowers, butterflies, hearts, birds. So it really is such a very versatile bundle. I've layered the leaves and the flowers flourishes, from the Well Written Framelits, behind the die cut circles and then heat embossed some of the words from the Well Said Stamp Set. I've also combined under the die cut circles some wooden leaves from the Butterfly Elements, also from the Sale-a-bration promotion. So if you were to combine the Well Said bundle with the Stitched Shapes Framelits you could then get the Botanical Butterfly DSP and the Butterfly Elements for free, which is most of the products that you'll need for this card.

Why not start out by colouring in the DSP sheet with all the larger butterflies and flowers and see what colour combo that you like and then use those elements for a fun and quick card? Once the colouring is done it's basically fussy cutting the images out and then putting your card together. Too easy.

I hope I've given you some inspiration today on combining products from the 2019 Occasions Catalogue and the 2019 Sale-A-Bration Promotion and and how you can get some products for free.
Remember spend $90 with me and get one Level One SAB product for free or spend $180 and get either 2 level one products for free or one level two product for free. Contact me for more information.

ESAD 2018 Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop

Hello there crafters and stamping friends! Today myself and my fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator friends from the Facebook Group ESAD (Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators) are showing you lots of fabulous creations and ideas from the ALL NEW Stampin' Up! 2018 Holiday Catalogue.

Have you seen the new Catalogue yet? It's full of amazing goodies and crafty yumminess!! If you haven't seen it check it out at my demonstrator page here or even better if you would like a copy of the catalogue, contact me and I'll get a copy to you.

I wouldn't want you to miss out on the amazingness that is the 2018 Holiday Catalogue! So grab a cuppa, put your feet up and get ready for lots of Holiday creations and ideas!

My cards today come from the super fun Santa's Workshop suite, found on pg. 18 of the Holiday Catalogue. I don't normally go for the cutesy Santa sets but this one really caught my eye. Especially since its a fabulous set to colour, either with the Stampin' Blends, Watercolour Pencils or using an Aqua Painter and picking up the ink. I've used the Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers and Incorporated some of the new colours that are in the Holiday Catalogue.

Don't they look so fun all together? Very fun and Christmassy!
All the cards use some or all the images from the Signs of Santa stamp, some of the patterns from the Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper and some of the Santa's Workshop Enamel Shapes. Also in this suite used on two of the cards is the Poppy Parade 1/2" (1.3 Cm) Textured Weave Ribbon and the Garden Green & White Baker's Twine. Lots of fun products in this suite.

This first card started with the 'Compass' image embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder embossed on the Whisper White cardstock and then the circles layered over top of that. The top vellum circle tones down the bright Poppy Parade DSP and give it a softer look with out being too in your face.

The second card tries to utilize all the characters in the stamp set for a fun Santa scene. The Softly Falling Embossing Folder, used on the Whisper White layer really gives the look of falling snow and adds to the whole 'North Pole' look.

The last card uses the 'snowflake' type dies to create a faux embossed look. Die cutting the pieces in the same colour as the background layer really makes it look like the layer is embossed, when all you've done is adhered the die cut pieces to it. I brushed Clear Wink of Stella over the 'snowflakes' but it's quite hard to pick up in the photo.

It was so fun to colour in these images from the Signs of Santa stamp set. Really made for a relaxing colouring session and a great time to de-stress. To see all the colours used make sure you check out the List of products at the bottom of the post.

Next on the hop is the fabulous Lauren Meiklejohn. Make sure you click on the next button to follow the hop around and to see Lauren's amazing creations!
