Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for stopping by to see what the Stamp Review Crew have to show you. We are a group of International Stampin'
Up! demonstrators showcasing
one stamp set at a time, every first and third Monday's of the month. Today we have a floral explosion for you, showing the stamp set Flower Shop. If you are looking for it in the Stampin' Up! Annual catalogue its on page 105. There are six different floral images in the set that appeals to each and every crating taste.
I've only used one of the images from the set and used White Stampin' Emboss Powder to emboss the image.

I've then used three of the Stampin' Up! colours, So Saffron, Pink Pirouette and Cherry Cobbler, to colour the images using an aqua painter. The best thing about embossing images before you colour them is that you don't have to take as much care when colouring them in and then you can do it quite quickly. In my photo I had trouble capturing the softness and the prettiness of the Pink Pirouette and it looks white. If you've got any photography tips on how I can better capture the lighter colours just leave a comment for me.
The back scallop layer is the all new Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate sheets. They are gorgeous! One side is gold and the other side looks silver!! These are as the title says just 'Fabulous'! I've finished it off with some leave from the Flourish Thinlits, the new and wonderful Burlap Ribbon and the new Very Vanilla Lace Trim. SO, SO pretty! I'm loving all these new trims and papers.
I hope that I've inspired you to pull this set out again and have another play with it.
Now on to the super fabulous and super amazing Tayna Boser. If you are hoping in reverse click on the previous blog button to head on to the wonderful, Yapha Mason.
