Hello stamping friends. This month Group 2 from the Stampin' Up!® 2025 Artisan Design Team have been creating with the Everyday Skies Online Exclusive Suite.
We were asked to create two projects with this amazing suite and to include all the products. It's all in the skies with this suite! The colours and designs span sunrise, sunset, and skies in between. With this suite, you can create cards and scrapbook pages for almost any moment.
- Everyday Arches Photopolymer Stamp Set
- Everyday Arches Dies
- Everyday Skies 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper
- White 1/2" Woven Ribbon
- Two-Tone Sparkle Gems
The first card I made incorporated all of the Everyday Arches dies for a pretty layered card. I started with a Basic White card base and then layered a piece of Night of Navy cardstock that I scored using the scoring blade on the Stampin' Up! Paper Trimmer. I love scoring my own backgrounds when I can't find a embossing folder that will suit what I'm trying to create.
I then using the Everyday Arches Dies to die cut the Everyday Skies DSP. I wanted to run them through all at once but the dies weren't playing nice so I had to do them one at a time. I started with the largest one and then worked my way down each die till the whole DSP was cut. I then adhered the pieced on a piece of cardstock that was die cut with the largest of the Everyday Arches dies.
I finished this card off with some torn Pretty in Pink cardstock, the stamped, heat embossed and fussy-cut birds, some White Woven Ribbon, Linen Thread, the stamped sentiment, and some of the pretty Two-Tone Sparkle Gems.
The second card I used the Everyday Arches dies to create a scalloped edge on the card. I layered two of the dies together on the Everyday Skies DSP, ran them through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and then arranged them behind some layers of cardstock for that pretty scalloped edging.
On both cards I cut the ribbon in half as I thought it looked and tied better being a thinner ribbon. I do that with most ribbons that I use when creating as they look better being that smaller size.
I've layered the DSP, some torn cardstock, trimmed cardstock, die cut pieces and some fussy cut stamped images and sentiment to put this card together. Its been finished off with the White Woven Ribbon, Linen Thread , and the Two-Tone Sparkle Gems.
This really is such a versatile suite and from all the projects from the rest of the team shows that this suite can be used for nearly every occasion.
Make sure you check out my post for this suite on Instagram HERE as group two have an Instagram Hop and you will be able to see the rest of the teams creations.
