CASE-ing the Catty | #CTC486 | CASE the 2024 Sept-Dec Mini Catalogue

  Today I'm participating in a blog hop for the CASE-ing the Catty Design Team, to kick off the new challenge for the week. If you come here from Rebecca Scurr's blog welcome, if you've started here with me also welcome. 


 We are about CASE-ing the samples from the Stampin' Up! Catalogues with a different theme to CASE each week. To CASE is to Copy And Selectively Edit. This week we are CASE-ing any project in the all NEW 2024 Sept - Dec Mini Catalogue! Don't you just love new catalogue time!!!



I was actually inspired by two things in the Mini to create my card today. I loved the colours from the Snowy Scenes Suite as well as one of the card layouts with the use of the Pool Party Pom Pom Ribbon as an edging to the cardstock layer. I also loved some of the Stampin' Blends colours used to colour Santa in the scrapbook layout and as well as the cutting up of the seniment to create your own sentiment. So with all that together this is the card I created for you today.

This stamp set just screams Christmas to me with the water sports, warm weather, sunshine, the beach, and summer. Christmas time without these things just isn't Christmas and I love the fun take of Santa on the surf board.

I used Stampin' Blends to colour in the images with lots of different blends combinations.

 I've kept the design of the card quite simple to let the fun images take centre stage on the card and to let them be the main focus.

I hope I've inspired you with my CASE of the Mini Catalogue Samples. I love combining ideas from various samples to create one card.
